For damaged or incorrect shipments, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the item and the shipping box.

We typically reply within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday.

What to include

For order questions, include your order number and the email used at checkout. For a wholesale or personalized-order request, tell us the product, quantity, preferred scent, and the date you need it. This helps us give you a useful answer on the first reply.

Questions about ingredients or fragrance are welcome too. Name the soap, wickless candle, or wax melt you are considering so we can respond with the details for that item.

Wholesale and events

We work with boutiques, Airbnb hosts, bridal shops, and event venues. Popular requests include personalized candle party favors, hotel-size soaps for guest stays, and 4 oz wickless candles for retail shelves. Email us with your business name and what you have in mind, and we will send pricing and options.
